We preserve
vegetables , and many kinds of
olives, that are not only prepared in defferent ways in order to be eaten , but they are also cold pressed in modern equipments, to obtain a
fine extra virgin olive Oil of a very high quality.
Antica Dimora invites you to taste the other specialities: tinned
vegetables in oil, vegetables pies,italian traditional pasta, sauces, olives, jam and honig biscuits and wines .
The
artisan pasta , is worked with semolina or hart corn flour, hand made and dryed with slow proceding in order to keep intact the traditional taste.
The different
sauces, are made with ancient recipes that joint the taste of our tomatoes with other ingredients of our land:
olives, rocket,basil,aubergines, rape and ricotta cheese. They are ready to be eaten, you need only to warm them.
We have also our
oven products: frise ( hard bread),
salted tarallini and sweet biscuits, delicious for your breakfast and for your coffee break.They are made only with natural ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast, eggs and butter or olive oil. They are also baked in a wood oven that exalte theyr traditional taste.
Our
honig , is picked directely from beehives, is natural and full of nutritives elements.
Jams are produced only with season fruits and sugar, without additions of chimical preservatives.
Our wines reflect the tradition of our land, we produce
NEGROAMARO, PRIMITIVO AND CHARDONNAY, theyr fragrance reminds you fruits ,flowers of our beautiful land.
